Booking Policy for Activity Spaces General Info Sessions: Choose between 30 or 60 minutes (I-Court is 60 mins only). Group Sizes: – I-Court: 2–10 people – AR-Darts: 2–8 people – AR-Pool & UV Ping Pong: 2–6 people Pricing: Prices vary by activity and length. – Discounted rates available for members (15% off for Community & Family memberships, 30% off for Student memberships). Booking & Cancellations Advance Booking Required: All sessions must be booked in advance online. Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get ready. Late arrivals may lose time on the clock. Cancellations: – Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. – No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full. Other Helpful Bits All Ages Welcome: Activities are suitable for ages 8+, but under-16s must be supervised by an adult.
