Set your fitness goal
During your CheckUp, you'll get to choose a wellness goal, like toning your body, getting moving, staying young, losing weight or boosting performance.
When you get to them, this will help the machines you use to adjust things like their position and resistance to match what you're trying to achieve.

Choose how you use your profile
You can choose to save your profile to the Technogym app, a smart wristband with a chip in it, or to a simple login, whichever works best for you.
This is what you'll use to scan into your workouts at the start, so each machine you use automatically recognises and adjusts to you each time you use them.

Pick how you want to train
Head to the BioCircuit for a guided full-body workout in just 30 minutes. Here, you'll perform two 15-minute circuits of a mix of cardio and weights machines.
Or try a Pulse Pod for a more private, app-guided session with cardio, strength and recovery options.
There's also an interactive squash court, where you can play squash, racketball or table tennis, if you want to work on your agility.

STEP 05/06 >
Tap in once, and the machines adjust to you
Tap on with your app or wristband, or login using your email account once when you arrive.
Upon doing this, every machine you use during your session will set itself up for you. It'll adjust the seat, weight, resistance and timing to suit your body and latest Wellness Score.
