Yes, you'll find all the usual weights and cardio equipment here , plus smart fitness BioCircuits, a squash court, racketball, table tennis and friendly exercise classes, but you'll also find a café, AR games like darts, and social spaces. If you'd like to see it for yourself, then why not find a time to come down for our free look around? Do I have to be fit to join? Absolutely not. We’re for first-timers, returners and power-lifters. Whether you’re building strength or just popping in for a coffee, you're welcome at Sostena. Can I just use the café or social spaces? Yes! You don’t need to work up a sweat to walk through the door. Many people who come to Sostena come for the things that don't get their heart racing. How much does it cost to join? There’s a standard session fee for AR Darts, which covers the whole group, not just one person. This isn’t virtual reality: it’s augmented reality . That means the darts and board are real, and the tech adds digital features directly onto the surface. No headsets, goggles, or gear needed. What makes it 'augmented reality'? The dartboard is enhanced with digital projection and tracking tech. It knows exactly where your dart lands and overlays animations, scoreboards, and challenges directly onto the board in real time, making each throw more dynamic and immersive. Is it suitable for beginners? Definitely. AR Darts is easy to pick up, with a mix of classic dart games and fun, interactive challenges. And if you’d rather play a traditional squash match? You can do that too. The iCourt games are completely optional, the court works exactly like a regular squash court whenever you want.
