Your free 45-minute Fitness Checkup includes a balance, strength and mobility review, a personalised programme, and a follow-up to fine-tune your results. Your Fitness Checkup is designed to help you understand how your body moves, identify areas of strength or imbalance, and create a fitness plan that’s completely tailored to you. It’s relaxed, informative and a great way to start (or restart) your fitness journey with confidence. Here’s what to know before you arrive: Booking in advance Book your free Fitness Checkup online or by calling reception. Spaces are limited, so please book ahead to secure your slot. Cancellations & rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 01726 247 742 or texting 07833 200460. We’ll happily move your booking to a new time. Arriving on time Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment so we can get you started smoothly. If you’re running late, just give us a quick call: we’ll do our best to adjust where possible.
