Whether you’re brand new to fitness or just new to us, your free look around is the best way to see if Sostena is right for you. We’ll guide you through how everything works, show you how to make the best use of the space to suit your current wellness goals, and you can even have a go on our Technogym CheckUp machine –– whatever you have time for. Here’s what you can expect during your free induction (if you're short on time, let us know, and we can simply show you what might be most of use to you): • A walkthrough of the Sostena spaces • 15 minutes trying the Technogym CheckUp Pod (if you fancy it) • 15 minutes of strength calibration on the BioCircuit (again, if you fancy it) • Further setups (if you have time) • A free BioCircuit session (so bring your kit!)
