Your induction is the very first step in starting your Sostena journey. It’s designed for those who’ve already decided to join, or are ready to make that decision, and want to get started with confidence. Over 45 minutes, we’ll walk you through everything you need to hit the ground running: - A guided tour of Sostena’s training, recovery, and activity spaces - 15 minutes with the Technogym CheckUp Pod (if you’d like) - 15 minutes of strength calibration on the BioCircuit (optional) Extra setups if you have time: - A free BioCircuit session (so bring your kit!) At the end of your induction, we'll guide you through the membership sign-up process, helping you choose the one that's right for you. So, it's the perfect way to tailor Sostena to your goals, understand how our smart equipment adapts to you, and feel ready to make the most of your membership from day one.
