Sostena is now open.
After months of planning, building, and preparing, we’re thrilled to announce that Sostena Leisure is officially open, and we can’t wait to welcome you.
Located in the heart of Indian Queens, Sostena was created to be more than a gym. We’ve built a space where fitness, movement, social connection and wellbeing come together under one roof.
Whether you’re dropping in for a guided workout, a friendly game of interactive squash, a session in the Pulse Pods, or simply a coffee and a catch-up in our Activity Café, we’ve made sure there’s something here for everyone.
What makes Sostena different?
We’ve designed Sostena around inclusivity, ease, and enjoyment, for every body, and every kind of day.
No pressure, no judgement. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started, you’ll find a warm welcome and expert support.
Tech meets simplicity. Our smart fitness equipment helps you train efficiently, safely, and in a way that works for your body.
More than movement. From gaming sessions and social events to community-led initiatives, we’re here to support whole-person wellbeing, not just workouts.

The best place to start is by booking your free Sostena Induction. During it, we’ll give you a full tour of the space, introduce you to our equipment, and guide you through the Technogym Checkup, a smart health assessment that gives you a clear picture of your current fitness level.
Using a few simple tests (like grip strength, balance and mobility), the Checkup creates your personal wellness profile, which we then use to tailor your fitness experience, from recommending sessions to setting achievable goals.
